GameDay 9

November 8th, 2007

After taking a much needed night off following 4 beats in a row, here is tonight’s pick:
Detroit -1 vs Chicago - Detroit tortured Chicago in the playoffs couple months ago and nothing has changed since except Detroit is playing great basketball, while Chicago is lucky to be 0-4…whatever that means.

GameDay 8

November 6th, 2007

T-Mac was as dry as the Texas desert last night shooting 12-31 and bringing down my record to 8-5 all time. Tonight there are alot of games, so lets waste no time talking about the past.
Golden State -1 vs Cleveland - Even if King James explodes in this one, the Warriors will run the Cavaliers […]

GameDay 7

November 5th, 2007

Both my picks from last night were on the money, with Atlanta almost edging out Detroit straight up, and Phoenix dismantling the Cavaliers without their star player Amare Stoudamire. That brings me to 8-4 all time which is spectacular by industry standards, but quite mediocre by my personal standards.
Tonight there is only one game on the […]

GameDay 6

November 4th, 2007

After Chicago’s vomit invoking performance last night I find myself at 6-4 all time. Predictions for today:
Phoenix -8.5 vs Cleveland
Atlanta +8.5 vs Detroit

GameDay 5

November 2nd, 2007

5-3 all time here are my two predictions for tomorow:
Utah -8.5 vs Golden State
Chicago -2.5 vs Milwaukee

GameDay 4

November 2nd, 2007

My post got deleted so you’re gonna have to believe me when I tell you I picked Detroit last night, which brings me to 4-2 this season. My picks for GameDay 4 also got deleted so here are the picks without the explanation.
 NY +5 vs Cleveland
Washington +7 vs Boston

GameDay 2

October 31st, 2007

Well GameDay 1 didn’t go as smoothly as planned with the Rockets blowing a 12 point lead with just over a minute left. Anyways the Warriors pulled through in the first quarter, barely, but just as in the playoffs the Jazz revealed their flaws and exploited them. So my record this year is now (1-1). […]

Game Day 1

October 30th, 2007

So the NBA season is starting tonight, and that of course means that my betting mission will also finally see the light of day. I’ve thought about how I can present the information and I have decided that the percentage of correct ‘guesses’ on handicap bets (50/50 bets) are the best way to measure my […]

Mission Statement

October 9th, 2007

I must say, every year I find myself making some great predictions concerning the NBA. I predicted last season that the Golden State Warriors would beat Dallas in the first round way back in March (what many people deemed as the biggest upset in American sports history). While this makes me feel good inside, it […]
